Before I even start listing our rates please read the following: One of the first questions that almost everyone has when they contact us is:
" HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE ?"Before I can answer that question I need to know more about your function
- What exactly are you looking for ?
- How much time will you need for the function?
- The number of guests
- Location of the function
- What kind of budget are you working with ?
- What kind of style is your function ... low-key.. high energy , club style, etc.
If you are only basing your decision on rates only, I might not be your best choice. We are neither the cheapest or the highest priced but will give more value for your money.
We will give you a quality program at a rate that we can both live with. I want you to be comfortable with your choice of who will help to make your wedding, event or celebration special even if it is not our company, I can direct you to someone who will match your requirements.
I am not going to try to sell you a program that you do not want or need. We can provide any type of service that you would like from simply music to a production involving expanded Lighting, Stage decor, Audio-visual programs, slide shows and more.
The bottom line is your needs and desires are going to determine what you are going to pay for our services to make your function special ! Rates can range from $350 to $650. depending on the factors above.
- Standard Rates for functions like Parties, Retirements, Corporate Functions, Class Reunions,
Anniversaries, Holiday Parties, etc. is ..........$85.00 per hour that will include a Light Program.
- Programs without Lighting (basic colored stage lights included).....$65.00 per hour
- Music and Lighting Program Upgrade for all functions is $100 per hour (This includes additional Lighting effects, Strobes, Fog, Up-Lighting, Etc.) Please contact me for details and for a quote
- Additional Hours of Dance music any program.............$65.00Deposit to reserve a function...............$100.00
- Travel over 30 miles...................................................$15.00Balance due prior or night of function
- Travel over 75 miles...................................................$35.00Cash or check accepted for payments
- Seasonal and day of function discounts may apply, please inquire
